How to Order

Want to Order Online?

Visit the Store page where you can order music through this website.  You can order printed sheet music, which will be delivered to you via mail.  You can also order electronic copies of sheet music, which will be emailed to you (50% cheaper!).  See further down this page for more information on electronic copies. After you submit your order online, you will be sent an invoice via email.  You will be able to pay that invoice by sending a check or paying via credit card (a link will be provided in the email).  Your order will typically be processed within 3-5 days, and shipping will generally take 3-7 days depending on your location.  Payment of your invoice must be received within 30 days of your order date.

Want to Order by Phone?

Call 203-992-2497.  If we are busy, you will get an answering machine. Feel free to leave a message and we will get back to you asap.  After placing your order over the phone, you will be sent an invoice via email.  You will be able to pay that invoice by sending a check or paying via credit card (a link will be provided in the email).

Payment Methods

Whether you order online or via phone, you will be sent an invoice via email after your order has been processed.  You can pay the invoice via check or money order by sending it to the address on the invoice, or you can pay online via credit card.  A link will be included in your invoice email that will allow you to pay via PayPal which is easy and completely secure.

Need Your Music Quickly?

If you need a piece delivered quickly, fast shipping options are available (Please see shipping options below).  Electronic copies can be prepared and emailed very quickly, so that is likely the quickest way to receive the music.  Electronic copies can usually be prepared and emailed within 24-48 hours. If you need printed copies, we can ship the music as quickly as overnight (additional shipping fees apply).  However, for printed music it will still likely take 1-3 days to process your order and get it shipped out.

Electronic Copies

Electronic or “digital” copies are copies that you can produce from an electronic PDF file that will be emailed to you. Purchasing electronic copies of sheet music is convenient because the electronic file will almost always arrive quicker than printed sheet music shipped in the mail.  The cost to you is 50% less than printed sheet music and there are no shipping charges! After placing an order which includes electronic copies, you will get an email from me with the files attached.  You simply open the PDF files and print them (only print the “quantity” you have paid for).  Your computer likely has Adobe Reader already, but if not, you will need to download it for free here to open and print the music.

The number of scores purchased for “digital copies” should be the same number you would normally purchase for printed scores.  In other words, if you normally purchase 30 printed scores for your choir, please enter a quantity of 30 digital copies in your order. If you end up needing to print more copies from your PDF file, you must order additional copies.  Sharing of your digital file in any way is strictly prohibited.  The files sent to you are for the exclusive use of you and the ensemble you are purchasing them for.  To print or copy the music for another ensemble, you must purchase a new file, with a new license to print a certain amount of copies.

USA Shipping Costs

Domestic USA shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of your order.  These shipping prices are for domestic shipping through USPS or UPS.

International Ordering

For international orders (outside of the USA) additional shipping fees will apply, above the domestic costs listed above.  Next day shipping is not available for international orders. Shipping fees will be included on the invoice that is emailed to you after your order is submitted.

Turnaround Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.  Electronic copies are often processed and emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your purchase.  Printed copies are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of your order.  Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
