Centennial Medalist - Frost School of Music at the University of Miami
In April, I had a wonderful visit to my alma mater, the University of Miami. I was incredibly honored to be chosen as one of 100 alumni Centennial Medalists for the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami.
I owe so much of my career to UM and the many people I met there, from fellow students to faculty to administrators. My time as a student at UM opened my ears to so many new musical possibilities, and had a profound impact on me as a musician and a person. To be recognized in this way by an institution I care so much about is really special. I'm super thankful, and I'm glad I was able to see friends, meet new friends, and have Ashley with me.
